More Decks, New Doors, and Kitchen Cabinets in Grand Lake and Mesa County

A Grand Lake homeowner called me and said he wanted to add a 3rd level deck to improve their view of Lake Granby. So, I lengthened the existing deck by twelve feet on the second level and added a brand-new third level. Then I cut a new exterior door into the loft level bedroom.

It gave the vacation house a much improved view of Lake Granby.

I did a rebuild on another Grand Lake Vacation Home deck on Park Avenue. I added enough footage to vastly improve the view of Main Street and the lake:

I built a new multi-level deck for a homeowner in the Redlands section of Grand Junction on a steep hillside:
